When selecting your apprentice barber - once you select a location & if there is NOT an apprentice working on-site for the location you selected, you will need to close the window and select a new location first to see their availability & then select the times they are available.

A: Yes they are, as an appreciation you are taking both the risk & opportunity to help a new barber improve their craft.

Q: Where are these haircuts located? In a specific store?
A: Not a specific store, please note the location of the apprentice working prior to confirming the appointment. They could be working at any of our BO locations.

Q: Are they supervised while cutting my hair?
A: Yes, each apprentice has a mentor within BO, and they help oversee your haircut to ensure it meets what you described you wanted.

Q: What if I have an issue with my haircut?
A: Do NOT leave until you have communicated this and we have done our best effort to meet your expectations.
